In collaboration with BeFun Agency · Mexico CityI led the brand strategy and execution for Bluey's first immersive experience in Mexico City, to bring the IP to life while ensuring every asset, design, and consumer touchpoint met the brand's standards from day one.
My role
I managed coordinated cross-functional teams, external agencies, and worked alongside key partners like Disney+ and Fever. I built and executed an influencer marketing strategy from scratch, covering talent segmentation, briefing, content guidelines, and performance tracking across 100+ creators, which drove over 5 million impressions tied directly to the experience.
On the media side, I developed paid media assets and oversaw PR agency management to align messaging and maximize reach. Throughout the campaign, I led the data analysis process, monitoring KPIs, identifying performance gaps, and implementing strategic corrections in real time to keep results on track.
